小林 大輔Daisuke Kobayashi
サッカー指導者筑波大学蹴球部出身。同大大学院在籍時に風間八宏の下でトップチームのコーチを務める。その後水戸ホーリーホックユースのコーチとして活躍。2011年に筑波大学蹴球部コーチに復帰すると同時に、風間八宏監修サッカークラブ『トラウムトレーニング』のコーチに就任した。風間に「選手一人一人の特徴をしっかりと見て伸ばしていくことに優れている」と言わしめる指導者。現在はトラウムトレーニングのチーフコーチを任されており、各地で開催されるサッカークリニックや指導者講習会でも講師として活躍。

Daisuke Kobayashi graduated from the University of Tsukuba Football Club. While attending graduate school at the University of Tsukuba, he served as a coach of the university’s top team under Yahiro Kazama.
He later worked as a youth coach for Mito HollyHock. In 2011, he returned to the University of Tsukuba Football Club as a coach and, at the same time, joined TRAUM TRAINING, a player development club supervised by Yahiro Kazama.
Kazama has described Kobayashi as a coach who excels at recognizing the unique characteristics of each player and helping them develop their full potential.
Currently, Kobayashi serves as Chief Coach of TRAUM TRAINING. In addition to overseeing player development, he is actively involved as an instructor at football clinics and coach education seminars held throughout Japan.
