KAZAMA JUKU PROJECT

1988年よりトレーナーとして活動を始め、サッカー・野球・バスケットボール・バレーボールなど様々な競技のチームに帯同。長きにわたりサッカー静岡県選抜のトレーナーも務め、多くのプロサッカー選手を学生時代から指導している。トレーナー活動を続けるかたわら、“勝つためのトレーナー”を追い求め、ミシガン州立大学、アーセナル（プレミアリーグ）、オランダサッカー協会など海外でも研修を積んだ。

1994年から2001年にはJ1名古屋グランパスのチーフトレーナーとして活躍。アーセン・ベンゲル監督体制で天皇杯優勝。当時選手として所属していたドラガン・ストイコビッチがその手腕に惚れ込み、2009年～2013年、ストイコビッチ監督体制の名古屋グランパスにトレーナーとして抜擢される。Jリーグ初優勝に貢献した。

2014年からは、風間八宏監督の指名を受け川崎フロンターレのトレーニングコーチに就任。2017年に風間八宏監督とともに名古屋グランパスへ移り、2019年までトレーニングコーチとして活動。

クラブチームのみならず、Jリーグオールスターやチャリティーマッチにもトレーナー帯同する他、日本代表選手やJリーガーの個人サポート、自主トレーニングの指導も行う。アスリート以外に、アーティストのコンサートツアーなどのサポート実績も。

2002年にはトレーナールーム『エムエスマイスター』を設立。現在静岡県藤枝市・清水市を拠点にスタッフが全国各地を飛び回り、プロからアマチュア、シニアからジュニアまで、様々なジャンルのスポーツ、幅広い層に対してトレーニング指導、ケアを行っている。

Since 1988, Hidemasa Kawasaki has worked as an athletic trainer, supporting teams across a wide range of sports, including football, baseball, basketball, and volleyball. He also served for many years as a trainer for the Shizuoka Prefecture Select Football Team, where he worked with numerous players who later went on to become professional footballers.

While continuing his work as a trainer, he pursued the concept of becoming a “trainer who helps teams win,” and further developed his expertise through training and study abroad at institutions and organizations including Michigan State University, Arsenal FC, and the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB).

From 1994 to 2001, he served as Chief Trainer of Nagoya Grampus in Japan’s top division. During this period, the club won the Emperor’s Cup under manager Arsène Wenger. Dragan Stojković, who was then a player at the club, highly valued his abilities and later appointed him as a trainer for Nagoya Grampus during his tenure as manager from 2009 to 2013. He contributed to the club’s first J.League championship title.

In 2014, he was appointed Training Coach of Kawasaki Frontale at the request of Yahiro Kazama. In 2017, he joined Nagoya Grampus alongside Kazama and continued to serve as Training Coach until 2019.

In addition to his work with club teams, he has served as a trainer for J.League All-Star teams and charity matches. He also provides individual support and off-season training programs for Japan National Team players and professional footballers. Beyond sports, he has supported artists on concert tours and other performance-related activities.

In 2002, he founded the training and conditioning center MS Meister. Today, based in Fujieda and Shimizu in Shizuoka Prefecture, he and his staff travel throughout Japan, providing training, conditioning, and physical care services to a wide range of clients—from professional athletes to amateurs, and from senior participants to youth players across various sports.
